First, what is ‘the wealth warrior world?’

A new map of the territory, which helps us not only find happiness, but helps us to find it faster.

A new vision, in which living is much more than a pursuit of happiness; living is a passionate journey to the highest levels of happiness and human experience.

New technology, which helps us not only build and sustain happiness, but build systems to guide our thinking and actions such that we reach the highest levels of happiness and human experience.

The Wealth Warrior WorldTM.

To understand the world of the wealth warrior, we must first get clear on wealth warrior terminology.  Wealth warrior terminology has evolved from an on-going effort to translate recent discoveries in the forefront of psychology into technology that willing individuals can use to harness the higher powers of their minds.

New technology from psychology that will give us higher powers?

By ‘higher powers’ we mean nothing mystical.  We are referring to the innate power of the human mind that most of us never knew we had, or that we knew we had but were never taught how to use.

Thousands of new paradigms are popping up all over the world that promise us access to the higher powers of the universe or of our minds.

So what’s so different about wealth warrior ideas?

Wealth warrior ideas and technology, collectively known as the ‘wealth warrior world,’ are based on groundbreaking discoveries about the metaphorical nature of the human mind.  From the sparks of these new discoveries rises a new paradigm of the human mind.  The power of new ideas can be measured by the power of the new technology made possible by the ideas.  Wealth warrior technology is based on the new ideas from this new paradigm of the human mind.  To explain the ideas and the technology, a new world of metaphor has been created –the wealth warrior world.

The wealth warrior world was created explicitly for those who want to free their minds from self-limiting perspectives, including the dogma of ‘new paradigms’ and ‘higher powers.’  Wealth warrior technology contains mind-freeing ‘wealth warrior weapons,’ and mind-building ‘wealth warrior tools.’

Operating from within the wealth warrior world with wealth warrior weapons and tools, an individual can win the war for complete control of his own consciousness and systematically build his power to guide himself.

Beyond the Wealth Warrior World.TM

Wealth warriors are not limited to the ideas and technology of the wealth warrior world –far from it.  New wealth warriors, while walking the way of the wealth warrior and experiencing new freedom and power over their minds, gain the wisdom and ability to use tools and systems from other paradigms –and even create their own tools and systems.

Why enter the world of the wealth warrior?

Let’s enter the world of the wealth warrior for a few minutes just to take a look around.  What’s most important to grasp is the new perspective itself, so we have purposely used common terms to help you see this new perspective.

While reading, remember that wealth warrior terminology is merely an attempt to translate the jargon of new discoveries in science into every day language.  Be careful not to assume you know what we mean by common terms such as ‘consciousness,’ ‘guilt,’ ‘honor,’ ‘wealth.’  These terms mean something different to wealth warriors.

When you notice that the ideas seem like common sense and are nothing new, it may be an indication you are seeing through your same old perspective -and this is the opposite of what we are trying to do.

The wealth warrior tries to perceive every situation as new in order to develop his wisdom and mastery.  He looks for new connections, new explanations, new perspectives.

So, trying to see the world as wealth warriors, let’s begin.

What is consciousness?

Consciousness, our way of both understanding the world around us and deciding what to do, can be seen as “narration.”  It’s almost as if our mind narrates or puts things into story form, so we can understand the world around us and decide what to do.

Narration refers not only to the thoughts we hear or tell ourselves inside our mind.  Every conscious and ‘sub-conscious’ opinion, belief, viewpoint, or mental image inside our mind helps us to form our unique perspective, character or role in the ‘story’ of our life.

Consciousness, or ‘narration,’ is how we guide ourselves.

By narrating we can understand better what is for us, and what is against us.  And as we narrate, we cannot help but see who we are in relation to our choices.  We can’t help but notice if we are making choices, which are for us or against us.  We can’t help but notice if we are choosing to honor our values and our dreams.  The more we see ourselves acting contrary to our values, the more our honor drops.  And conversely, the more we see ourselves acting in support of our values, the more our honor rises.

What is honor?

Honor is simply the feeling that could be summarized with the words, “I do what I said I was going to do,” or “I do what is best for me.”  The more honor you have, the more you’ll keep your word and do what’s best for yourself.  Honor motivates you to do what is best for yourself.  In this sense, honor is power.

Honor is a power to guide yourself to do what is best for you.

While narrating, your mind naturally, automatically and continuously has some sense of who “you” are, whether or not you are guiding yourself to do what is best for you.  The feeling of guilt is an indication that you are not choosing what is best for you, and the feeling of honor is the feeling that you are doing what’s best for you.

What is best for you?

When we like something, or determine it to be good for us, we call it a value.  Everyone has different likes and dislikes, and thus, different values.  However there are some values that are called “natural,” “objective” or “true” values.  These values are things that are important to man as man.  In other words, these values are what any normal, conscious man naturally values.  To get clearer on these natural values, lets categorize them as follows:

·        physical health/power

·        relationship health/power

·        financial health/power

·        mental health/power

·        psychological health/power

·        spiritual/life-purpose health/power

·        romantic/sexual health/power

·        environmental freedom/beauty (material values, physical environment, beauty, political freedom)

Whether or not you consciously try to measure how you are doing in these areas, your narrating mind can’t help but take note.  The more you see yourself as failing yourself, stagnating or giving up in these areas, the less honor you’ll feel.  And, the less and less honor you feel, the less and less power you’ll have to achieve the most values and happiness for yourself.

And the opposite is also true.  The more you see yourself as honoring and being true to yourself and your values, the more honor you’ll feel.  And, the more and more honor you feel, the more and more power you’ll have to achieve the most values and happiness for yourself.

The more honor you have, the more power you’ll have to achieve wealth.

What is ‘wealth?’

More than an abundance of material values or riches, wealth is simply an abundance of values.  Wealth includes high levels of natural values, such as good physical, mental, psychological and financial health and power.

Wealth is an abundance of values.

So wouldn’t having wealth, or an abundance of your values make you happy?

Having much more than you need of things that are good for you and desirable to you, such as love, health, family, financial freedom, etc. can make you feel happy.  But there is a much higher level of happiness.

A higher level of happiness?

As we said before, the more you choose to be true to your values and do what’s best for yourself, the more honor you feel.  So going beyond just having wealth and happiness, the more you see yourself acting to create your wealth and happiness, the more you’ll feel honor, which is your power to create wealth and happiness.

Wealth and honor -a higher level of happiness?

Wealth and honor are “The Way of the Wealth Warrior.”  We use the term ‘wealth warrior,’ because to obtain high levels of wealth, honor and happiness, we must be warriors.  ‘Warrior’ is a term used in modern days to describe someone, who is committed to self-mastery.  A warrior’s struggle for self-mastery takes place on the battlefield of his own mind.  And, as we will see, to achieve the highest levels of wealth and honor, we must “win the war” inside our minds.

The Battlefield

Who is in control of your mind?  You are the main character in the story of your life, but who is narrating?

To answer this question, let’s take an event that takes place again and again inside our minds.  One day you tell yourself that you’re going to do ‘X’ in a certain situation.  Then the time comes and you remember what you had told yourself to do in this situation, but you don’t feel like doing it.  It’s almost as if there are two ‘you’s, the one that told yourself what to do, and the one that doesn’t feel like doing it.  No matter what you choose, you will feel as if you are betraying one of the ‘you’s.  And then, you’ll feel some sense of guilt.  Either because you deprived yourself from doing what you felt like doing, or because you didn’t do what you said you would do.

No matter which of ‘you’ you listen to, you still feel guilt.  Unless you re-narrate the situation.  And this is what we usually do.  We re-narrate to avoid the guilt.  Sometimes we rationalize, sometimes we chew ourselves out, sometimes we cheer ourselves on and sometimes we just ‘change the subject.’

But no matter how much we try to hide from seeing or feeling the painful wound of guilt, through which honor pours out, the more we fight ourselves, the more we can’t help but notice our honor, the life force of consciousness, pouring from our eyes, dripping from our hands and filling our boots.  And we can’t help but feel weakened, as the more honor we lose, the less strength we have to continue our quest for happiness.

Weakened and wounded, we may begin to wonder, assume, conclude or otherwise narrate that we are not fit for happiness, that the struggle is not worth the pain, that the world is against us, that we have no values, that our dreams are impossible, that pursuing one’s values is ‘selfish’ and wrong, that god did not mean us to be happy or some other self-limiting narration.

‘Self-limiting narration?’

Narrations are ‘self-limiting’ when they weaken our resolve to pursue our values, our wealth and our happiness.  The more we operate from self-limiting narrations, the more we’re being guided by guilt, and the less we’re being guided by honor.

This metaphorical look at one of the natural problems of narrative consciousness highlights a few of the reasons why we must be warriors, if we are to achieve the highest levels of wealth, honor and happiness.

1.  narration can often set up a lose-lose guilt situation

2.  guilt drains honor

3.  we try to escape guilt through more narration

4.  guilt-avoidance narration often leads to more guilt and even less honor.

5.  guilt from guilt-avoidance narration leads to even more guilt; it’s a downward spiral.

This last point about guilt leading to a downward spiral must be emphasized.  The more we surround ourselves with guilt-avoidance narrations, the less we want to be honest.  Why?  Because the more honest we are, the more we’ll feel guilt.

So not only do guilt-avoidance narrations drain our honor, or our power to do what is best for us; guilt-avoidance narrations make honesty, or our power to know what is best for us, painful.  Talk about a double whammy!

And if all that is not enough, guilt-avoidance narrations are multiplied because we live in a world of external authority.  External authority controls us with guilt dynamics.  And they prevent us from building as much honor as we naturally would, because when we do what they say –even if it’s what’s best for us- we often see ourselves as followers, not creators.

Our guilt-avoidance narrations from authority give away much of our responsibility and power to authority.  Whether we choose to be good followers or rebels, we live in the ominous shadow of guilt-wielding authority.  Authority can take many forms, from government, to god, to their agents, to doctors, to lawyers, to the media, to parents, to teachers, to employers, etc.  The problem is not that they occupy the positions they do, it’s the mental positions into which we narrate ourselves in relation to them, and the consequences to our honesty and honor –our self-guidance ability.  (discussed in detail elsewhere)

Framing things into story form is how we our mind naturally works to give us an understanding of the events of life.  And the guilt-avoidance narrations or scripts we’ve often unintentionally “learned” now guide us.  We narrate as if we are in control, but it is actually as if our automatic narrations control us.  Regaining the control of our minds that we think we have is not an easy task.  It is an uphill battle.

So this is why we call ourselves, “Wealth Warriors.”

The battle for self-guidance is hard fought and hard-won inside our own minds.  The reward is honor, the power to achieve undreamed of wealth and happiness.

Why declare yourself a warrior?

War on your mind has already been declared by the forces of guilt, and you are losing, whether you like it our not.  The only question is, will you stop fighting against yourself and start fighting for yourself?

Warriors, awaken!

The less we are aware of what controls us, the more we are controlled.  However, the more we are aware, the more power we have to control ourselves.  When we are aware of being a warrior, we are ‘awake.’  When we are not, we are controlled by our automatic narrations, and are ‘asleep.’

To the Wealth Warrior, ‘Awakening’ is serious business.  In fact his life is serious business.  He pursues his honor, wealth and happiness like the aggressive entrepreneur pursues growth and profits.  Just as the entrepreneur sets up systems to control many variables and produce consistent results, so does the wealth warrior set up systems to control the many variables, which could impact his honor, wealth and happiness.  The wealth warrior builds systems to awaken him.

Systems to awaken?

We are often falling into old self-limiting narrations, or falling asleep.  The more we're awake from moment to moment, the more we can choose our narrations, and thus guide ourselves to more honor, wealth and happiness.  With systems results can be measured and be made predictable and consistent, tests can be done, and systematic progress can be achieved.  The less we're measuring, testing and running our lives like a business, the less of our goals we'll achieve and the more slowly we'll advance.  Without formal systems our growth is slower, more random and sporadic, and usually short-lived.

Self-guidance systems for maximum honor and vision.

The wealth warrior engineers a self-guidance system for maximum honor and vision.  Honor and vision are ultimate forms of self-authority, the self-authority that evades so many people.  Not only do honor and vision systems afford you much more power to guide yourself, but they give you a much greater ability to lead others as well.  Increasing the ability to lead others, as well as yourself, increases your power to get what you want out of life.
